Return & Refund Policy

At The Luxor Archive, every piece is a handcrafted work of art made by skilled Egyptian artisans. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we want to ensure complete transparency about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@theluxorarchive.com. Include clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will offer you a full refund or a replacement piece at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Item Unavailability

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you within 3 business days and offer you either a full refund or a comparable replacement piece of equal or greater value. Refunds for unavailable items are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our products and the cost of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and photographs carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a piece, please reach out to us before purchasing.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not already been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Handmade Variations

Each piece from The Luxor Archive is made by hand. Minor variations in colour, texture, and dimensions are a natural characteristic of authentic craftsmanship and are not considered defects. These variations are what make each piece unique.
