Are these real ancient artifacts? No. Every item in our store is a modern handcrafted replica, made by artisans in Cairo using traditional techniques. Each piece comes with a certificate confirming it as a contemporary reproduction. We never sell genuine antiquities.

What are the replicas made from? Most pieces are made from polyester resin with hand-painted finishes. The materials are durable, lightweight, and safe for display.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Delivery to the Gulf typically takes 5-10 business days via Aramex express shipping.

Is shipping really free? Yes. All prices include shipping to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. The price you see is the price you pay.

Will I be charged customs or duties? No. Egypt and the GCC countries are part of the Greater Arab Free Trade Area (GAFTA), which means zero import duties on Egyptian goods. Every shipment includes proper documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Mada (Saudi Arabia), OmanNet, and Benefit (Bahrain) through our secure payment gateway.

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will issue a full refund — no need to return the item. Return shipping from the Gulf to Egypt costs more than most products, so we absorb the loss.

Can I return an item if I change my mind? Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and international shipping costs, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We only process refunds for damaged or incorrect items.

Do you ship outside the Gulf? Currently we only ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. We plan to expand to additional regions in the future.
